An English-speaking guide will pick you up at the airport and drive you to your hotel in Santiago. Welcome to Chile!
After your check-in and some time to freshen up, your guide will meet you and take you on a half day city tour of the Chilean capital, a big, charming city nestled at the foot of the Andes. Although Santiago has become over the years a modern and very active city, some neighborhoods have preserved their romantic charm and atmosphere. From the central Plaza de Armas to the colorful street of the Bellavista quartier, passing through the Santa Lucía hill, during this half-day tour you will learn about the turbulent and fascinating Chilean history.

After a light breakfast, your english speaking guide will pick you up at your hotel to start your Food Tour of Santiago:
The day begins with the Vega Central, a covered market built in 1910 overflown with fresh products from all over the country. First tasting of the day: the famous sopaipilla, pancake made with pumpkin.
On the other side of the Mapocho river, you will visit the Central Market, built in 1872, famous for its fresh fish and seafood. At the corner of the central market, you will find Santiago’s oldest empanadas shop. After tasting a delicious meat or cheese empanada, make your way to the gastronomic neighborhood of Lastarria, where you will have a pisco tasting in the well known Chipe Libre.
The excursion ends at the top of the San Cristobal hill where you will taste the famous moté con huesillo while admiring the panoramic view of the city and the Andes.

Your guide picks you up at your hotel and you head to the Casablanca Valley. Enthusiasts of wine tourism and fine connoisseurs enjoy this region famous for its grape varieties Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc but even more recently for its Pinot Noir.

Bodega Emiliana –
The organic and biodynamic vineyard Emiliana is part of the revival of the Chilean vineyard. Between tradition and modernity, you visit the property then enjoy four premium wines paired with a selection of chocolates or cheeses as well as the iconic wine: Gê.

Almuerzo tour with the Villard family
In the Casablanca Valley, discover the vineyard Villard, this small independent vineyard run by the Franco-Chilean family Villard .
After a first welcome drink, visit the estate and discover the history and the beginning of the vineyard and the Tanagra line. Then go to visit the cellar and the barrel room always with a member of the Villard family (Thierry or his son Jean-Charles), followed by the tasting that will be done around a full lunch (starter, main dish) to marry the best wine and food. Lunch includes a wine from the Expresion line, 3 wines from the Grand Vin line and a wine from the Tanagra line.
You arrive at the hotel La Casona in the middle of the Matetic vineyards. Dinner is included, with half a bottle of wine from the Corralillo line.

As you stay within the Matetic Vineyard, you can enjoy a beautiful day in the middle of the vineyards green landscapes. All meals are included, with wine tastings.
You have free access to all kinds of guided visits of the domain, by bike, by horse or by foot. Explore the Rosario Valley.
In the afternoon, why not visit the Matetic wine cellars? It will be the opportunity to taste 4 different wines of the Equilibrio line.

Today, you can go for more visits around the domain. Many different bike tours can be made around the vineyards, either with a guide or by yourself.
After lunch, it is time to say goodbye to the Matetic vineyards , discreet paradise in the Casablanca Valley.
Your driver picks you up at your hotel in Casablanca and drives you to Valparaíso.

What’s more playful than a mural painting on a wall? During this day you immerse yourself in the colorful world of Street Art in Valparaiso, the most typical form of art in this city. Through a guided walk in the streets of the hills Alegre and Concepción you discover local artists of Chilean and South American culture through the stories told by the frescoes.
Your guide, a Street-Art specialist, then takes you to the most iconic neighborhood of Valparaiso: Barrio Puerto. After lunch, you go to an artist’s studio to learn some street art techniques. Then it’s up to you! Like a pro, you leave your first graffiti in the streets of Valparaiso.
Return to your hotel at the end of the day.

In the morning you go with Chilean ex-Chef Mauricio to discover the famous fish market of Valparaiso. This is your chance to meet the local fishermen and observe their daily life.
Then you go to his house to learn the Ceviche traditional recipe. Ceviche is a typical dish from Peru and Chile made with raw fish. Enjoy your freshly prepared ceviche on Mauricio’s terrace overlooking the Valparaiso bay.
After lunch, you transfer back to your hotel.

After breakfast, your guide takes you to Isla Negra, the most beautiful house of the Chilean poet Pablo Neruda, now a museum.
*Note: Isla Negra is closed on Monday.
You then go South across the green wine valleys between the mountains and the ocean. Private tour and tasting at the Casa Marin vineyard.
This vineyard, located in San Antonio Valley, is distinctive by its unique location near the ocean and the fact that its founder María Luz Marin became the first woman of the South American continent to be and oenologist and vineyard owner in 2000.
Despite the early difficulties due to the proximity of the coast, the estate has been awarded many times since its creation. The Casa Marin still keeps its family atmosphere and you will be warmly welcomed.
Visit the casona and the bodega and vineyards, followed by a tasting of 3 wines from the vineyard, two white and one red.

You then drive to Colchagua Valley, near Santa Cruz where you spend the night. The drive from Isla Negra to Santa Cruz is about 3 hours.

Your English-speaking guide will pick you up at your hotel to take you to the selected vineyards in the Colchagua valley specialised in red wine such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Carmenere Malbec and Syrah. On the way, you can also visit the Colchagua Museum.
At the end of the afternoon, drive back to your hotel. We invite you to visit the vineyard Attilio & Mochi, belonging to a couple of Brazilian oenologists Marcos Attilio and Angela Mochi, who settled a few years ago in the heart of the Casablanca Valley.
They will share with you their passion for wine, gastronomy and their project which is recognized by Chilean professionals but also international ones.
The visit starts with the discovery of the vineyard and the different varieties offered by Angela and Marcos. You then visit the facilities and start tasting 3 wines, including a Malbec, voted the best Chilean wine in 2016.

Today you get another chance to explore the gorgeous Colchagua Valley and its surroundings. Your English-speaking guide will drive you through the wine route.
You then drive back to Santiago de Chile, on the way you stop for lunch at the Santa Rita Restaurant and visit its vineyard located on the foot of the Andes. You enjoy a private tour with wine tasting served with cheese platter and dry fruits.
